Curiosity Kit Prize Draw T&Cs

The Promoters are: (i) Aldi Stores Limited, Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 2SQ; (ii) the British Olympic Association, 101 Cavendish St, London, W1W 6XH; and (iii) the British Paralympic Association, 101 Cavendish St, London, W1W 6XH. 
 
How to enter: 
 
1. Entry to the competition is free of charge. To enter the competition, Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria set out at clauses 9 and 10 below. 
 
2. To enter, Applicants must download the Curiosity Kit content from the Promoters’ website, Get Set to Eat Fresh: https://getseteatfresh.co.uk/. Applicants must be registered on the Get Set to Eat Fresh website to download such content. Any Applicant that meets the eligibility criteria and downloads the relevant content will automatically be entered into the competition. 
 
3. The competition is open from 09:00 AM on Monday 8 September 2025 to 23:59 PM on Tuesday 23 September 2025.  
 
4. All entries received after 23:59 PM on Tuesday 23 September 2025 are automatically disqualified.  
 
5. Fifty (50) winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be contacted on or before 30 September 2025 using the contact details provided. 
 
6. The winners will be selected by random draw performed by a computer process by 26 September 2025. 
 
7. By entering the competition, Applicants accept the terms and conditions set out herein as well as the Get Set to Eat Fresh’s terms and conditions and privacy policy
 
8. The Promoters are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for any technical failures of any kind or any unauthorised intervention in any part of the entry process, nor for any technical or human error, which may occur in the administration of this competition or the processing of entries. 
 
Eligibility: 
 
9. The competition is open only to teachers who are residents in the Great Britain. Eligible job titles or roles are listed on the Get Set to Eat Fresh registration form and include, but are not limited to, Head of Department / Department Co-Ordinator, Headteacher / Principal, Lead Teacher / Subject Co-Ordinator, Subject / Classroom teacher, Support Personnel e.g. Counsellor or Librarian, HAF Programme Coordinator and Holiday Programme Facilitator. 
 
10. The competition is not open to employees of:  
(a) the Promoters;  
(b) any business involved or associated with the competition; or 
(c) any of the Promoters’ agencies (including any of their parent and/or affiliate companies); or  
(d) the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and other household members of any such employee described in this clause.  
 
11. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoters may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. The Promoters reserve the right to verify Applicants’ eligibility. 
 
12. There is a limit of 1 (one) entry to the competition per Applicant. 
 
13. Internet access required.  
 
14. The Promoters will not accept competition entries that are: 
(a) automatically generated by computer; 
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk; or 
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or copied. 
 
Prize: 
 
15. The fifty (50) winners will receive 1x voucher worth £30 redeemable in any Aldi store. 
 
16. The Prize will be provided by We Are Futures, who are the delivery partner for the Promoters for the purposes of this competition.  
 
17. The winners will be contacted via the contact details provided by no later than 30 September 2025.  
 
18. The Promoters will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If any winners cannot be contacted or are not able to fulfil the event during this week, the Promoters reserve the right to offer the Prize to another Applicant who had entered the competition before the closing date, selected by random draw performed by a computer process. 
 
19. The Prize is non-refundable, non-changeable and no cash alternative will be given. 
 
20. The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of the competition (including selecting the winners) and the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  
 
21. The Promoters reserve the right in their absolute discretion to substitute another prize of similar or equal value. 
 
22. The Promoters must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoters will send the surname and county of the winners to anyone who emails info@getseteatfresh.co.uk after 5 October 2025. 
 
23. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoters at info@getseteatfresh.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoters must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 
 
Data protection and publicity: 

24. As the delivery partner for the Promoters for the purposes of this competition, We Are Futures will be a controller of personal data relating to Applicants, and such personal data will be held and/or processed in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and for the purposes of the current competition only. 25. Insofar as the Promoters become a controller of any personal data relating to Applicants, any such personal data will be held and/or processed in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and for the purposes of the current competition only. The details of the Promoters’ privacy policy including details on how to exercise any rights under the data protection legislation can be found at https://getseteatfresh.co.uk/privacy.  
 
26. Subject to clause 22 above, no personal data of Applicants held and/or processed by the Promoters will be disclosed to a third party without the data subject’s prior consent, other than is absolutely necessary so as to fulfil the terms of the competition, in which case such processing will be subject to the necessary lawful basis under data protection legislation.  
 
27. You should not submit any personal data that is not personal to and/or relates specifically to you. You hereby warrant that the information which you submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. 
 
28. By entering this competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. 
 
Ownership and publication of competition entries and intellectual property rights: 
 
29. Winners may be required to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition. By entering this competition, you hereby assign to the Promoters, and waive your moral rights in, the copyright and all other intellectual property rights whatsoever in your entry and confirm that you have no rights in any promotional or advertising material or similar which arises out of, or is in connection, with this competition. 
 
General: 
 
30. The Promoters reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that does comply with these terms and conditions. 
 
31. The Promoters reserve the right to amend or withdraw this competition if circumstances arise which are beyond their control. 
 
32. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the competition or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person deliberately to undermine the legitimate operation of the competition may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, the Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoters’ failure to enforce any of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 
 
33. Except where prohibited, Applicants agree that:  
 
(a) any and all claims brought by them in relation to this competition, and any consequential judgments or awards, shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this competition and  
 
(b) under no circumstances will Applicants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Applicants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages otherwise increased. Subject to any liability arising as a result of its fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, the Promoters’ liability for claims related to this competition is limited to a maximum of three thousand pounds (£3,000). 
 
34. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from any entrant’s participation in the competition or from any prize. 
 
35. All issues and questions (whether contractual or non-contractual) concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
