These terms and conditions apply to the Fuel Up & Move Like a Champion Promotion taking place between 19 January and 6 March 2026 (inclusive).  
 
The joint promoters are: (i) Aldi Stores limited, Aldi Stores, Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire CV9 2SQ; (ii) the British Olympic Association, 101 Cavendish St, London, W1W 6XH; and (ii) the British Paralympic Association, 101 Cavendish St, London, W1W 6XH (together, the "Promoters"). 
 
1. The Promotion is open to teachers, parents, carers, holiday club facilitators and other educators working with children between the ages of 5 to 14 in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales) and the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and UK Overseas Territories, excluding employees of the Promoters and their immediate families.  
 
2. Entry to the Promotion is free.  
 
3. Enter the promotion by downloading the Fuel Up & Move Like a Champion PowerPoint resource (the “Promotion”). 
 
4. The Promotion opens on: 08:00am Monday 19 January 2026 and ends on 23:59 Friday 6 March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). No entries will be accepted after this date.  
 
5. The prize is one Aldi voucher worth £25 and there are ten (10) prizes available to be won. Prizes are limited to one unit per class or family group.  
 
6. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize(s) of equal value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned or otherwise transferred to a third party.   
 
7. Selection of the winners will be made by the Promoters at random following end of the Promotion Period. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.  
 
8. The Promoter will contact the winner via email using the email address in which they registered for the programme by Friday 13 March 2026. The prize will be delivered in the form of an Aldi e-voucher worth £25. If the winning school, group or household are unable to accept delivery of the prize, it may be allocated to another entrant. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available or is unable to accept the prize, it may be allocated by the Promoters to another entrants of the Promotion, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.  
  
9. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Promotion rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
