These terms and conditions apply to the Kevin the Carrot Plushies Promotion taking place between 2 December and 29 December 2024.
The joint promoters are: (i) Aldi Stores limited, Aldi Stores, Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire CV9 2SQ; (ii) the British Olympic Association, 101 Cavendish St, London, W1W 6XH; and the third party promoters are the British Paralympic Association, 101 Cavendish St, London, W1W 6XH (together, the "Promoters").
1. The promotion is open teachers, parents, carers, holiday club facilitators and other educators working with children between the ages of 5 to 14 in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) and the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and UK Overseas Territories, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.
3. Entry to the promotion is free.
4. Enter the promotion by a teacher or parent/carer sharing a child’s work or other story of engagement with the Get Set to Eat Fresh programme and aims as a showcase on the Get Set to Eat Fresh community page [https://www.getseteatfresh.co.uk/community] or by posting a photo of a child’s work or other story of engagement on social media, tagging @AldiUK, @TeamGB and @ParalympicsGB and using the #GetSetEatFresh. 5 winner(s) will then be selected at random.
5. The promotion opens on: 8:00am Monday 2 December 2024 and ends: on 23:59 Sunday 29 December 2023. No entries will be accepted after this date.
6. The prize is one Kevin the Carrot and friends plushie. Prizes are limited to one units per class or family group.
7. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize(s) of equal value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned or otherwise transferred to a third party.
8. Selection of the winners will be made by the Promoter by the end of January 2024. The parents/carers chosen as the winning parties will be contacted by 31 January 2024.
9. The prize will be delivered as soon as possible. If the winning school, group or household are unable to accept delivery of the prize, it may be allocated to another entrant.
10. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Promotion rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
