These terms and conditions apply to the Kevin Advent Dash Promotion taking place between 27 November and 17 December 2025 (inclusive).  
 
The joint promoters are: (i) Aldi Stores limited, Aldi Stores, Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire CV9 2SQ; (ii) the British Olympic Association, 101 Cavendish St, London, W1W 6XH; and (ii) the British Paralympic Association, 101 Cavendish St, London, W1W 6XH (together, the "Promoters"). 
 
1. The Promotion is open to teachers, parents, carers, holiday club facilitators and other educators working with children between the ages of 5 to 14 in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales) and the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and UK Overseas Territories, excluding employees of the Promoters and their immediate families.  
 
2. Entry to the Promotion is free.  
 
3. Enter the promotion by sharing a photo of their pupil’s taking part in the programme activity on social media using the hashtag #GetSetEatFresh (the “Promotion”). 
 
4. The adult submitting an entry must ensure it is with prior consent of each pupil’s parent / legal guardian, and such consent is indicated by the parent's / legal guardian’s signature on the entry form. 
 
5. Participating teachers must follow their school’s safeguarding and data protection policies and gain any required permission from their school leadership before participating. 
 
6. The Promotion opens on: 12:00pm Thursday 27 November 2025 and ends on 23:59 Wednesday 17 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). No entries will be accepted after this date.  
 
7. The prize is one Aldi voucher worth £25 and there are ten (10) prizes available to be won. Prizes are limited to one unit per class or family group.  
 
8. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize(s) of equal value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned or otherwise transferred to a third party.   

9. Selection of the winners will be made by the Promoters at random following end of the Promotion Period. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

10. The Promoter will contact the winner through the social media platform in which they entered the Promotion as soon as practicable after the close of the Promotion Period. The winner will be required to respond to confirm identity and acceptance of the prize within fourteen (14) days of initial contact. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available or is unable to accept the prize, it may be allocated by the Promoters to another entrants of the Promotion, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.  

11. If you receive a notification that you are a winner of an Aldi voucher worth £25, you will be asked to provide your postal address to which your prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming details. 
 
12. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Promotion rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
