Terms and conditions 
These terms and conditions apply to the nutrition workshop and water bottles registration or download incentive taking place from 13 June 2024. The joint promoters are: (i) Aldi Stores limited, Aldi Stores, Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire CV9 2SQ; (ii) the British Olympic Association, 101 Cavendish St, London, W1W 6XH; (iii) and the British Paralympic Association, 101 Cavendish St, London, W1W 6XH (together, the "Promoters"). 
1. The promotion is open to all schools (educating children aged 5–14, at the time of the opening date) or equivalent education organisations and home educators in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) and the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and UK Overseas Territories, excluding employees of the Promoters and their immediate families. 
2. Entry to the promotion is free. 
3. Enter the promotion by registering for a new Get Set to Eat Fresh account and/or downloading any Get Set to Eat Fresh resources between 8:30am on Thursday 13 June and 23:59pm on Friday 12 July 2024. 1 (one) registrant will be selected at random to win one GSTEF workshop with an expert from the British Nutrition Foundation and 10 (ten) registrants will win a class / group set of GSTEF water bottles. Prizes are limited to one unit per school, organisation or family. 
4. The promotion opens at: 08:30am on Thursday 13 May and closes on Friday 12 July 2024. 
5. The first prize is a 1–1.5 hour GSTEF workshop featuring a range of healthy eating activities, run by a facilitator from the British Nutrition Foundation. The runner up prize is one of 10 sets of up to 30 GSTEF water bottles. 
6. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize(s) of equal value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoters the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned or otherwise transferred to a third party. 
7. The winners will be contacted by 21 June 2024. The Promoters will require an address from such winning users to deliver the prize. 
8. The workshop will be delivered in the school autumn term 2024, the water bottles will be delivered by the end of the autumn term 2024. If the winning school, group or household are unable to accept delivery of the prize, it may be allocated to another entrant. 
9. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize. 
10. The Promoters further disclaim any liability for any injury or damage to the individuals associated with this prize save for where (i) death or personal injury is caused by negligence; (ii) such liability arises from fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) for any other reason or by any cause which cannot be excluded by law. 
11. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Promotion rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
