At The Bicester School, Year 9 have been learning about the affects of diet on health and the importance of reducing red meat and salt consumption. They then put this theory into practice by making Festive Turkey Burgers, using a fab Food a Fact of life recipe. Students flavoured turkey mince with onions, mixed herbs and Worcestershire sauce and stacked them in wholemeal buns with lettuce and tomatoes. #GetSetEatFresh #TurkeyIsForLifeNotJustForChristmas
