Healthy Aldi Breakfast!

We purchased lots of yummy food and prepared a healthy breakfast taster session. We had wheat biscuits and cornflakes with either milk or yogurt. The fruit choice was bananas or apples. All great, affordable food and most importantly we learnt about the benefits of a healthy breakfast and how it can really boost your energy levels ready for a tough day of school work! As you can see from our picture, we shared our breakfast in our dinner hall. We sat in mixed year groups and chatted together - just like at the family dinner table! you may also be able to see our fantastic prefects serving food and sharing out the apple and orange juice.
