Explore how taste, health and costs impact food at the Games and create a 'Games Time Menu' with students aged 5–14.

The organisers of the Olympic and Paralympic Games must cater for the needs and tastes of diverse athletes, fans and volunteers, all while considering the sustainability and financial costs of their menu. Challenge students to take on the role of organisers and nutritionists with these flexible resources, exploring the variety of foods that make a healthy, sustainable diet to build their own menu.

Each can be delivered as either a single session, or a series of 15–20 minute activities. Worksheets are included in the presentations as printable slides.
