Eat fresh talks

Spark deeper discussions among students aged 11–14 this festive season with our Get Set to Eat Fresh form time conversation starters.

This resource contains a range of ‘big thinking’ discussion starters and debate questions, designed to be used in tutor group or form time sessions, or as lesson starters. The bitesize questions aim to support oracy, critical thinking and respectful discussion skills, asking students to draw on cross-curricular knowledge of food, cooking and all-round healthy lifestyles to discuss topics such as the concept of a sustainable diet, the importance of accessible design in the kitchen, and the positive impact of sharing on mental wellbeing, among many more.
